Enrolling in course 5304 Leading Organization Change has proven to be a valuable and enriching journey. During the course, I have recognized numerous elements that are effective for me and areas where I can aim for improvement, especially in terms of time

management and the early submission of discussion posts.

The quality of my contributions and my collaborative efforts with peers justify a 95 out of 100 score. Firstly, the collaboration with my core group, consisting of Adaliz Barroso, Leah Strannemar, Nadia Flores, and Ennija Armour, was not just beneficial, but invaluable. Our active participation in various activities and assignments, along with the constructive feedback we provided to each other, fostered strong relationships and enriched our learning from diverse perspectives. Our joint efforts in critiquing influencer strategies and 4DX plans not only allowed me to take on a leadership role but also significantly enhanced my decision-making skills. The Group Me text chat set up by Adaliz was a convenient platform for us to share our e-portfolios and provide feedback, which was instrumental in improving our assignments.

Additionally, I am proud to say that I revised all assignments that needed it , such as my influencer strategy and What is Your Why? assignment, and reflected on all submitted work and discussions. This allowed me to constantly refine my understanding of the course content and improve my work. Furthermore, completing all course readings, videos, and supporting resources enabled me to understand the subject matter

thoroughly.

Adhering to the different course activity deadlines outlined in the modules was another beneficial aspect of my participation in this course. By following the schedule, I effectively managed my time concerning assignments and projects, ensuring I remained up to date.

Moreover, my active participation in the various course forums significantly contributed to my and my colleagues' learning. I posted my thoughts and insights promptly, allowing others to respond and provide further input. For instance, in the discussion about, The Head Won’t Go Where the Heart Hasn’t Been, I shared my perspective and supported it with research, which sparked a fruitful discussion. I consistently supported my ideas with research and cited them using APA, enabling me to demonstrate scope and depth of thinking.

One area where I recognize I need to improve is time management, especially when providing discussion feedback. Throughout this course, I met all the established deadlines; however, I faced minor challenges while trying to complete responses with discussion post .I realized that I had difficulty allocating sufficient time to complete the discussions by Saturday, causing me to feel rushed and a bit overwhelmed. This challenge intensified when I tried to collect feedback from peers and coordinate our hectic schedules as the first semester of school was in full swing.

Despite the challenges I faced in managing my time with discussion post , I am confident in the strength of my e-portfolio, thanks to the valuable input and feedback from my group. Although I ultimately managed to submit each discussion on time and respond to my classmates' posts, I regretted not having the opportunity to turn it in much earlier. Turning it in earlier could have led to less stress, but I am confident that my e-portfolio is a testament to my learning and growth in this course.

To address this issue in the future, I plan to develop a more structured schedule that clearly outlines specific time blocks for each course activity and group task. Setting aside dedicated time for collaboration, drafting, and incorporating feedback, I aim to enhance my overall efficiency and improve my contributions.

Course 5304 has been quite an eye-opener and pushed me to recognize what is need to garner change in my district. It allowed me to collaborate with a diverse group and engage in meaningful discussions. The course content was enriching, and the flexibility allowed me to complete assignments without feeling overwhelmed or stressed about missing online meetings when I had other responsibilities. The course content was well-organized and easy to understand. This course has significantly enhanced my understanding of organizational change, and I am confident that the knowledge and skills I have gained will be beneficial in my professional role. I am grateful for the experience and look forward to the next course after this much needed winter break!
