How will the Influencer Model and 4DX supplement each other?

The Influencer Model and 4DX are powerful for driving significant organizational change. While 4DX provides a vital framework for prioritizing and executing strategic goals, the Influencer Model empowers leaders to identify necessary strategies for gaining buy-in and support from individuals at all levels, ensuring the successful completion of those goals.

I will use both strategies to achieve my goals. The 4DX framework defines essential goals and provides a clear pathway for achieving them, outlining what we are doing and how we will go about the change process. In contrast, the Influencer Model emphasizes who is involved and the most effective strategies to influence them.

Implementing change can be challenging, but leveraging the cooperation between these two strategies is a powerful way to confidently advance my innovation proposal.
