Joining this program at Lamar University, I plan to acquire the knowledge and professional skill set required to excel as a leader in the classroom and beyond. I plan on enhancing my teaching methods to cater to students' diverse academic needs. I will effectively manage student behavior to foster academic and socioemotional growth. I will evaluate student development and mastery of subjects to steer instruction. I will integrate digital learning and educational technologies into teaching practices. I will apply my skills as an academic leader and innovator in this digital age.
My Objective
As an ESL instructor, my main goal is to enhance the learning experience for English learners by personalizing education and integrating technology to provide tailored learning materials and resources. I am dedicated to keeping adult students engaged and motivated throughout their educational journey, ensuring they not only develop language skills but also retain a passion for learning.
