These past couple of months have genuinely tested me! I often juggle multiple responsibilities as a working professional, wife, mother, and student. Balancing grad school with a full-time job can be challenging, but it's also incredibly rewarding. One of the most important lessons I've learned throughout this journey is the value of having a growth mindset.

Embracing a growth mindset means believing in the potential for growth and improvement. It's about understanding that abilities and intelligence can be developed through dedication and hard work. This mindset has been instrumental in my journey of learning new things while managing my busy schedule and developing my innovation plan.

When I decided to pursue further education while working full-time, I knew it wouldn't be easy. There were moments when I felt overwhelmed and doubted my ability to manage everything. However, I adopted a growth mindset instead of letting self-doubt take over. I reminded myself that challenges are growth opportunities and that with effort and perseverance, I could overcome them.

Learning new things, tackling complex and exhausting work tasks, and being the best student possible have become integral to my life. While it requires careful time management and discipline, the sense of accomplishment I feel when mastering new concepts is phenomenal. This was one of the main focuses in creating my learning manifesto. Each small victory serves as a reminder of my progress and motivates me to keep pushing forward.

When the class was assigned to create collaborative groups in 5303 and mine fell apart the day before the assignment was due, I wanted to give up. Once I regulated my emotions, I reached out to classmates Ennija and Nadia , and we created our small group. It was so enlightening and exciting reading and sharing our thoughts. I would hope to work with them again .

Balancing work and the ADL program have taught me time management and organizational skills and instilled a sense of pride and accomplishment. A unique satisfaction comes with successfully managing multiple responsibilities and excelling in both areas. It's a testament to my determination and resilience and fuels my belief in my ability to take on new challenges. It's a constant reminder that with the right mindset, anything is possible. I am so proud of myself!
