There were frustrations and enjoyment throughout this journey of creating an e-portfolio. I started with Google Sites and was told that there were better choices. That was my first setback because I already started working on my page. Next, I tried using WordPress, and I still needed help navigating it after watching hours of YouTube tutorials. Time passed, and I spent more time researching than developing and creating. I decided to ask for help from my mother, an IT professional and website developer. After collaborating with my classmates, they suggested that I use Wix. After my 1:1 12-hour hands-on training session, I felt comfortable completing and tweaking my sight independently.

Tips and tricks I would offer someone starting are to avoid paying for anything. Many YouTube channels will offer discount codes for domains and web addresses. It is not necessary. Also, double-check your formatting from the cellphone view to ensure things are aligned and organized on the page correctly. Lastly, have a couple of people check over your site and get feedback on the aesthetic, ease of navigation, and formatting. As of today, frustration has faded away, and I am confident in the outcome of my portfolio. I am proud of my page's fluidity and ease of navigation at these early stages.
